Arthur Falk was born in New York, USA, on October 3, 1985, but spent his entire childhood in Rio de Janeiro. He studied from Kindergarten to High School at the Swiss-Brazilian School. Arthur Falk is married to Mariana Weickert, has 2 children, Theresa and Felipe, and speaks 5 languages.
Arthur Falk has always liked Economics and Business, and at the age of 18 he entered joined PUC-Rio, the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, to study Economic Sciences. In 2005 he was selected for a bank trainee program in New York, and stayed there for 1 year. He then joined ANSAC in Connecticut, for a one year internship, a Global Exporter of Sodium Carbonate, also known as Soda Ash, returning to Brazil at the end of 2007 to complete his studies in Economics. He graduated in 2008 with a Paper on the Relative Efficiency of Brazilian Ports in the Dry Bulk Handling.

Since then, he has been a managing partner of Tivea, actively contributing to the company’s growth, including the transformation of the business into a generator set industry in the city of Extrema in the state of Minas Gerais, which currently has the capacity to produce more than 1000 units per year.
Furthermore, Tivea innovated with the creation of a proprietary product and app, which allows remote monitoring and management of the generator set, bringing greater security and predictable maintenance.
